This dish can be a main dish alone to go with rice, or you can add any vegetables and stir fry with the tofu together.
Serving for 4.
Tofu (firm) 450g cut to small pieces.
Olive oil 2 tablespoon.
Garlic 3-5 pieces minced.
Spring onions 2 minced.
Parsley 2 heads minced.
Ginger 1 teaspoon minced.
Miso paste 2 table spoons.
Heat the Oil, add Ginger and Garlic and whisk around to prevent sticking. Add Tofu and add.
Mix Miso paste in hot water and stir for about one minute. Add Spring onion and Parsley and serve.
