Energy Salad

Serving for 4.

Lettuce ( fancy) 4 cups.

Alfalfa sprouts 1/2 cup.

Tomato 1/2 chopped.

Avocado 1 chopped.

Olives (black) 1/2 cup.

Apricot (dry) 4 chopped.

Sultanas 1/2 cup.

Seed mix Sunflower, Pumpkin, Sesame-2 tablespoons roasted.

Pine nuts 1 tablespoon.

Spring onion 1 chopped.

Parsley 1 head chopped.

Dressing

Olive oil (extra-virgin) 4 table spoon.

Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon.

Salt Dash of salt.

Mix salad ingredients in bowl and sprinkle with dressing ready to eat.
