Almost fatal stroke-sufferer talking again

Mary is a 65 year old lady who first visited the clinic with long-term sleep problems. She said “I am very healthy and active I play tennis twice a week and have plenty of energy. My only problems are not able to have a deep, long sleep. I sleep lightly and wake up a few times a night. Get up feeling tired.”
I say to her, “In Chinese medicine all your organs are connected. No person has one only problem. Not able to sleep - that is kidney and heart not functioning in harmony.” Also in her face I could see a varicose vein in her temple that indicated brain blood circulation block and lack of oxygen.
To help her sleep I needed to work on her digestion and heart because in Chinese medicine digestion energy supports the heart and the heart works with the kidneys.
A few days later she came back for a second visit. I ask:
How are you?
Very good, she replied. “I have had a good deep few hours sleep. I have more energy and I did lot of work this morning...”
While Mary lay in bed before I start treating her, I asked her to tell me what she had done that morning.
She said: “I have done a big clean in my k...”
From my understanding she was trying to tell me she has been cleaning her kitchen. But she is not able to say it. She mumbles to me “What happened? I can’t talk!”
My experience tells me the patient is now on the edge of a stroke. Many thoughts come through my mind. What I should do next? If she loses consciousness, should I ring her husband or an ambulance? What emergence treatment I should do first?
I need the patient to feel safe and stay calm. I ask her: “can you tell me what is your name? “ “Mary”“ “what is my name?” “ Angela.” “Very good. You are doing very well.”
I start my treatment routine. Put one electronic machine at her tummy - the energy centre - and other one at her neck to supply blood to her head. The moment I turn on the machine under her neck, I ask her do you feel the tingle? Yes. Very nice.
I can feel the energy start to flow in her head and she begins to talk with more clarity and strength. I ask again tell me your name? “Mary“
“Tell me my name?”” Angela”. “Can you tell me what you did this morning?”
“Big clean of the kitchen!
“What happen to me? Why I couldn’t talk before and now why can I talk again?”
“All to do with your energy and blood flow. This morning you over-worked - that has depleted the energy in your body, especially in your heart. When the heart is weak there is not enough strength to push the blood to your head. The region in your brain which controls speech was deprived of oxygen. No power, so no light and not working. When the electronic acupuncture carried the energy though your brain the area received blood and then you can talk again.”
